Net neutrality is government regulation. I work with Hands Off the Internet and we oppose net neutrality because we feel the internet has become what it is today because it hasn’t been regulated. Add more government bureaucracy and the incentive to innovate subsides.
The next generation technologies are excellent. WiFi – suberb. But with all these great applications like Joost, for example, the need for a strong internet backbone becomes prevalent.
