		<description>What I think is that Twitter is basically an instant messaging service that was endorsed by just the right celebrities. Once Ashton Kutcher said that he Twitted everyone clamoured for it. It could have been one of the other online social networking sites, like ning.com or wordpress or facebook which all have ways to keep up to date with friends and topics. But it just so happened that this particular startup was endorsed by the right people. Because really it&#039;s just IM with your picture next to it, and the ability to quickly search other groups.</description>
